BPAY Scam Alert

Arab Bank Australia is aware of a campaign targeting customers through fraudulent emails purporting to be from BPAY, claiming that a payment has not been successful. The email directs recipients to click on a link or open an attached document.

Do not click on the link or open any attachment – instead delete it immediately.

Please note that BPAY never sends out direct email communication to customers.

If you think you have received a scam email or if you think that your information has been compromised, please report it to Arab Bank Australia immediately by calling 1800 646 484.
