Licences

Australian Financial Services licences are regulated under the Corporations Act 2001. They authorise the holder and its representatives to provide financial services to clients such as providing a financial product advice or dealing in a financial product.

Arab Bank Australia obtained its Australian Financial Services Licence (number 234563) granted by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission on 18 December 2003.


    Australian Credit Licences are regulated under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009. The license authorises the holder and its representatives to engage in credit activities as a credit provider and other than as a credit provider subject to the conditions set out in the license.  

    Arab Bank Australia obtained its Australian Credit Licence (number 234563) granted by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission to be effective from 1 December 2010.
