An ideal service for people on the move.
Customers may register to receive a range of SMS Alerts on the mobile phone number of their choice when certain activities occur on a nominated account.
This includes a host of alerts such as when*:
- Immediate Own Transfer, Transfer to Anyone, Transfer to Group or BPAY payments are successful or unsuccessful;
- Own Transfer, Transfer to Anyone, Transfer to Group or BPAY payments scheduled for a future date are successful or unsuccessful;
- Notification when an account balance rises above or falls below a pre-set limit; and
- Notification of when a specific account payment is made.
For security purposes, we can also notify via SMS to your nominated mobile phone number when the following events occur:
- Your Password is changed;
- Your Daily BPAY or Transfer Limits are changed;
- Your SMS services are changed; and
- SMS Payment Authentication
