Finance Leases

  • Tax deductions may be available with business use according to ATO guidelines*
  • No upfront capital outlay
  • Ownership is transferred to you on payment of final residual payment (as agreed at commencement of lease plan)
  • Allows for asset to be 'on balance sheet'

Commercial Hire Purchase

  • Predictable monthly repayments
  • Ownership granted at beginning of the Hire purchase term, and contract is finalised upon receipt of all payments and final balloon payment
  • Tax deductions may be available with business use according to ATO guidelines*
  • GST on the asset purchase is payable up-front
  • Allows for asset to be 'on balance sheet'
