Arab Bank Australia is covered by the Government Guarantee. What this means to you as a customer of Arab Bank Australia is that if you decide to place funds with the Bank your deposit up to $1M is automatically guaranteed by the Government. If you would like to place more than $1M on deposit with the Bank than you can opt to have the excess amount over $1M guaranteed but you will need to pay a fee of 1% p.a. on the excess to do this.
