Arab Bank Australia is proud to support the Sisterhood Agreement between The Tannourine Hospital and Sydney West Area Health Service (Westmead Hospital).

As keen advocates and supporters of initiatives in the health industry Arab Bank Australia have generously committed to the cost of one business class airfare, for one clinician to travel to Lebanon and work at the Tannourine Hospital for up to two weeks.  Arab Bank Australia has been strong supporters for many years at Westmead Hospital through numerous sponsorships and donations to research and social events relating to the Health precinct at Westmead. Arab Bank Australia’s commitment is very tangible through its Westmead Hospital Branch, its donation of a transport buggy for the hospital patients, its principal sponsorship of the Breast Cancer Institute “Ray of Hope” initiative.

On Tuesday 10 November, Sydney West Area Health Services-(Westmead Hospital) organised a Tour of Westmead Hospital for the Tannourine Committee, Dr Walib Harb (Director of Tannourine Hospital in Lebanon) visited Westmead Hospital for the first time.
