The Art Gallery Society of NSW Launches The 2011 Learning Curve Lecture Series

On Friday 11th March, The Art Gallery Society of NSW launched the first lecture entitled ‘American Classics’ which is part of The Learning Curve Lecture Series proudly sponsored by Arab Bank Australia. 

Our Managing Director, Joe Rizk attended and said a few words acknowledging the wonderful work of the Society and the inspiring passion and interest in both art and literature shown by the members of the audience.

Susannah Fullerton, who is presenting the ten part course, then proceeded with the first lecture entitled ‘Sin and Destiny: Hawthorne and Melville’. 

The audience enjoyed a riveting and educating lecture and we look forward to the lecture series’ continued success in the coming months.
